A cleaning business past a handful of crews runs on a group chat, a spreadsheet and a phone. Quoting is guesswork, job completion is a photo someone remembers to send, and invoicing is a weekend. Australian operators carry two more problems on top: GST has to be right, and NDIS work has to be invoiced differently from commercial work — so the ones doing both run two systems.
Multi-tenant operations software for the whole job lifecycle — quote, schedule, dispatch, proof of completion, invoice — with every job on one board the owner and every cleaner see live, and Australian GST and NDIS invoicing built in rather than bolted on. The problem is first-hand: it is the product the operator surface behind Clean Up Bros was the prototype for.
There are no screenshots of CleanOS on this page, because the part worth showing is not built. A mockup here would be the one thing on this site a visitor could catch out.
