So when someone nearby searches for what you do, you are the one they find first.
Local SEO for Liverpool and South West Sydney, plus the structured data that decides whether ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Apple Intelligence recommend you or somebody else.
A helper that picks up calls and messages when you cannot, so you stop losing jobs to voicemail.
Answers the phone and your inbox, checks your calendar, books the job, and hands you a summary. It says it is an assistant — it never pretends to be you.
The thing you or your staff do by hand every week, done by software instead.
Quotes, invoices, job sheets, rosters, dashboards, or moving information between apps that will not talk to each other. If a spreadsheet has stopped coping, this is the fix.
Every one of these is a real business that paid for software. 4 are running their site today and those links go straight to them, so you can judge the work rather than take my word for it; the last one is built and handed over with the deployment paused, so there is no link to give. No logos — a client’s business gets its own mark or none at all.
Clean Up Bros

Commercial cleaning · Liverpool NSW
Premium cleaning business with a live quote calculator, booking flow and a deep local footprint — service pages per suburb across South West Sydney, plus its own guides library.
Rental storefront for sarees, lehengas and sherwanis — a catalogue, a hire period and shipping both ways, rather than a shopfront that only takes enquiries.
Support-services site covering personal care, SIL, community participation and transport, with the referral path a family actually needs to find and a phone number at the top of it.
Builder's site for new homes, rebuilds, renovations, extensions, granny flats and duplexes — scope and finish put in front of the enquiry rather than behind it.
Youth mentoring, short-term accommodation and daily-living support for a registered NDIS provider. The site was built and handed over; its deployment is currently paused, so there is no live link to give you — saying so beats sending you to an error page.

How it goes
first call → handover
01
We talk
A short call. You describe the problem; I tell you honestly whether I am the right person and roughly what it costs.
02
I map it
Fixed scope, a plan and a timeline in writing before anyone spends money.
03
I build it
You see it working every week. Not status reports — the actual thing.
04
It is yours
Code, accounts and documentation handed over. No lock-in, no hostage situation.

Where I work
Liverpool, and out from there
I am based in Liverpool, NSW, and work across South West Sydney — the new estates out past Leppington, and the older centres at Bankstown, Fairfield and Parramatta. If you are further out, that is usually still fine; almost none of this needs me in the room.
Liverpool LGA
Home. Two of the client sites on this page are businesses here — a commercial cleaner and an NDIS provider — so the local work is not a claim, it is a list you can open.

The questions people actually ask
Why use someone local instead of a cheap overseas freelancer?
Because you can ring me, and because I know how an Australian business actually runs — GST on the invoice, an ABN that has to check out, the Privacy Act, and what your customers expect. The cheap version usually costs more the second time, when someone has to fix it.
Who owns the website and the code when it is finished?
You do, all of it. The code, the domain, the hosting account, the database, the documentation — transferred into your name at handover. I do not hold anything hostage to keep you paying.
How long does it take?
An AI phone or inbox assistant is usually live within 7 to 14 business days. A full website or client portal generally ships in 3 to 5 weeks. Custom software depends entirely on what it has to do, which is what the first call is for.
What does it cost?
It depends on the job, and I will not pretend otherwise with a fake price on a page. Tell me the problem and you get a real number before you commit to anything — not an hourly rate that drifts.
I do not really know what I need. Is that a problem?
No, that is most people. Describe what is annoying you — the thing that eats your evenings, or the jobs you keep missing — and I will tell you whether software fixes it. Sometimes the honest answer is that it does not.
Do you actually build things, or do you subcontract it?
I build it. One person, start to finish. That is why I am careful about how much I take on, and why you are never handed to an account manager.
Tell me what you need
One question at a time.
It takes about a minute. Email is the only thing I genuinely need — everything else just helps me give you a straight answer faster. I reply myself, usually within a day.
